- Report the damage on the packing slip
- Take a picture if possible.
- Send the packing slip and photo with short content to contact@arppos.com.au
- Call us at 03 9028 5588 and we will get the solution.
Lack Quantity
We carefully check your order and the number of packages before delivered. While it may happen that your order is reported as a defect and you therefore do not receive (entirely) what you ordered, or we may have sent you the wrong product or number. That is of course very annoying.
